A standard residential skimmer pool takes 30–45 days, while overflow and infinity pools typically take 60–90 days depending on size, finish and site conditions.
Skimmer pools have a water level below the deck and use surface skimmers — most cost-effective. Overflow pools sit at deck level with water flowing over all four edges. Infinity pools have a vanishing edge on one or more sides for a horizon effect.
Costs depend on size, type and finish. As a guideline, skimmer pools start around ₹12–15 lakh, overflow pools from ₹18–25 lakh, and infinity pools from ₹25 lakh upward. We share a detailed quote after a free site visit.
Yes — we are a full-service pool builder. Excavation, RCC structural work, waterproofing, plumbing, tiling, filtration, lighting and landscaping are all delivered in-house.
We provide a 5-year warranty on the structure and waterproofing, and 1-year on equipment (pumps, filters, lights). Tile and finish warranties depend on the brand chosen.
Yes. We offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) covering water balancing, equipment servicing, deep cleaning and seasonal start-up / shutdown.
Absolutely — we design lightweight, structurally validated rooftop and terrace pools with proper waterproofing and load distribution. A structural review of your slab is the first step.
Yes. For quick installations on farmhouses, resorts and villa projects we offer ready FRP / fibre pool shells with skimmers, jets and filtration.
